1. 要有施打第一劑疫苗才能進場打球，進場要量體溫(警衛”有權”請進場人員出示施打疫苗證明”黃卡”或”健保快易通頁面)
1. You have to get your first dose of vaccine if you want to sign up and play. Temperature should be taken before entering(the guard has the right to ask you to show the "yellow card" or National Health Insurance APP record page.)
2. 此場地左右兩場受籃球架影響，中間兩場正常 (若不喜左右兩邊的場地可告知我們，等到中間場地有空場時再安排上場，但會造成上場的次數的縮減)
2. The left and right courts are affected by the basketball rack, and the middle two courts are normal.(Please inform us if you don't like the courts of left and right side, we will arrange you to play when the middle court is free. But the frequency of playing will be reduced.)

5. 有報名的球友需要提供(全名)與(電話)，我們會提前準備進場名單給警衛備查
